Diane Mitchell entered executive search after spending two decades inside the manufacturing and logistics environments she now serves. Her career includes 13 years as a Manufacturing Manager at Procter & Gamble, where she led papermaking and converting departments, drove lean manufacturing initiatives, and delivered major capacity expansion projects.
She then spent over 11 years at Schneider National in progressive commercial leadership roles, including Global General Manager responsible for top-tier accounts like Walmart, Unilever, and Kraft Foods, and Logistics Commercial Vice President developing channel strategies and implementing sales programs. More recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at RGL Logistics, building pipelines and growing key customer relationships.
This foundation allows her to evaluate leadership talent through an operator's lens—understanding not just what looks good on paper, but what actually works on the plant floor, in the boardroom, and across the organization.
Today, Diane leads a high-performing retained search practice helping manufacturing companies navigate succession planning, leadership gaps, and critical hiring decisions that impact growth, risk, and enterprise value.
